Ao Dai Canada’s intent is to share the Vietnamese culture and traditions with the public, in an inclusive manner.
We welcome new participants, models, designers, and volunteers… Anyone who loves arts and culture, feel free to reach out to us. We would love to hear from you! Please visit your Facebook page at Ao Dai Canada or email us at info@aodaicanada.org

THE ÁO DÀI
The Áo Dài is a Vietnamese traditional clothing, most commonly worn by women but can also be worn by men. In its current form, it is a tight-fitting silk tunic worn over trousers. Áo means a shirt, and Dài means long.
The Ao Dai symbolizes Vietnamese women and their traditional virtues of grace, beauty, gentleness, demureness, and unquestionable devotion. Áo Dài Canada aims to modify these perceptions and empower modern women to become a symbol of strength and kindness, each with her own beautiful and unique way to make a difference in the world.
